Refund policy

Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, unless the item is faulty or not as described.

However, due to the nature of limited edition preorders:

  Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun
  
• 
  Returns and exchanges are not offered for change of mind or size selection
  
• 
  Preorder items are not eligible for refunds once dispatched
  

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, you are entitled to a remedy under UK consumer law.

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• 
  Your order number
  
• 
  Clear photographic evidence
  

If approved, we will offer:

• 
  A replacement, or
  
• 
  A refund if a replacement is not possible
