Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility transfers to the courier.

Where applicable under UK consumer law, customers may have the right to cancel within 14 days for online purchases of physical goods, unless the item is:

Personalised
Worn, damaged, or not in original condition

Event tickets are strictly non refundable unless the event is cancelled by WCFE.

7. Event Participation

By purchasing a ticket or participating in a WCFE event, you acknowledge:

You participate at your own risk
You are physically fit to take part
WCFE is not liable for injury, loss or damage unless caused by proven negligence

Participants may be removed from events for unsafe, abusive or disruptive behaviour without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including logos, branding, graphics and media, is the property of WCFE and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WCFE shall not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential loss
Loss of profits
Business interruption

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded under UK law.
