SHIPPING POLICY

1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2 to 5 working days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

During high demand periods, limited drops, or event releases, processing times may be extended.

Orders are not processed on weekends or UK public holidays.


2. UK Shipping Only

WCFE currently ships within the United Kingdom only.

We aim to deliver orders within 2 to 5 working days after dispatch.

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

WCFE is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Royal Mail or courier delays

  • Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout

  • Weather disruptions or other external factors beyond our control


3. Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are accurate at checkout.

If an order is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the item.


4. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Include your order number and clear photos of the damage.

If a parcel is confirmed lost by the courier, we will investigate and resolve the matter accordingly.


5. Event Merchandise

For event specific merchandise, delivery timelines may be aligned with the event date. In some cases, items may be distributed at the event itself.
